Sharon is an energetic brand strategy expert who delivers innovative brands to clients so they can follow up on what matters most — their brand promise. In her keynote presentations, she demonstrates how business leaders can use their brand as a tool to power growth. Her strong background in using social media for brands, graphic/web design, developing personal and business/nonprofit brands, and psychology experience position her to scale innovative ideas to their next level.

Sharon leads a dynamic team at Brewster Branding, an award-winning creative agency, as their Chief Operating Officer. Under Sharon's leadership, Brewster Branding has been received the 2021 LUXLife Global Excellence Award in “Innovation & Creativity in Brand Strategy”, 2021 Media Innovator Awards “Best Brand Narrative Marketing Agency”, and 2020 LUXLife Global Excellence Award “Best Graphic & Web Design Agency — Massachusetts.”

She has received numerous awards as brand strategist and mentor, her most cherished include the 2022 Special Recognition, The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Decatur-DeKalb Chapter, 2021 National Women’s Empowerment Ministry Business Woman of the Year, Fontbonne, The Early College of Boston's 2021 Distinguished Alumna Award, and The Education Cooperative 2020 Mentor of the Year.

Sharon earned her Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, Certificate in Strategies for a Sustainable and Purpose Economy from Fashion Institute of Technology/The State University of New York, and also completed her Purpose Driven Brands studies there. Sharon has a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University, BFA in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College. 

When Sharon isn’t changing the world one brand at a time you can find her cooking and decorating for her family, volunteering at her alma mater, Fontbonne, or making fall and holiday wreaths for her latest venture WreathsByJaneSmith.com.

I want to change the world by creating a space where entrepreneurs, with ideas that have the potential to revolutionize how we live, are safe during the vulnerable ideation phase of growing their business; and guiding them from innovative thoughts to action and scaling.
